The Team Talk Process

We recommend running the Team Talk process over 12 weeks, this will include wellbeing questionnaires and reports for team members, a 1:1 manager session and a team workshop, with a follow up questionnaire to track improvements. Throughout and around the 12-week period we recommend ways in which managers can provide continued engagement and check-ins to ensure sustainable improvements in team health and wellbeing.
